Payment Reminder

Reminder, once you schedule a consultation, please proceed to “Payment” on the menu to confirm your consultation. Note that your appointment is not confirmed until the consultation fee has been received.

Cancellation Policy

You will be charged a cancellation fee of $300 if you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving a 48 hours notice prior to the start of the appointment time.  Consultation fees are non-refundable, but the appointment can be rescheduled.

Appointments

Appointments are booked in 1-hour time slots, but each session lasts 45 minutes to give our staff time to prepare between appointments.
